Welcome to Fort Worth Hair & Co. These Terms of Service describe important policies for using our website, contacting our salon, and booking or receiving services. By using our website or booking our services, you acknowledge these terms, subject to applicable law and any service-specific agreement presented to you.
Appointments and Pricing
Appointments are subject to stylist availability and confirmation. Submitting an appointment request or sending a message does not, by itself, guarantee a reservation.
Service prices shown online are starting prices unless otherwise specified. Final charges may vary with stylist level, hair length, density, product use, consultation findings, and the services performed. We aim to discuss material pricing changes before the service begins.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
When a 20% booking deposit has been collected, that amount is applied toward any applicable 50% late-cancellation fee. Please review the terms presented at booking for deposit details specific to your appointment.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled through the available online booking portal or by contacting the salon during business hours.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits may be required for certain appointments. Applicable deposit terms will be provided during the booking process. Payment for completed services is due at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party booking and payment providers.
Repeat Missed Appointments
Clients who fail to attend two or more scheduled appointments without providing the required notice will be required to pay a deposit equal to 100% of the scheduled service price to book future appointments. This is an advance payment toward the service, not an additional charge. When the appointment is completed, the deposit is applied to the service total.
If a client subject to this requirement fails to attend another scheduled appointment without notice, the full 100% deposit will be forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The salon will disclose this requirement before collecting the deposit and confirming the appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice remain subject to the cancellation policy above.
Service Results, Concerns, and Refunds
Our services are customized to each guest's needs, goals, and history. Due to the personalized nature of salon services, we do not offer refunds on completed services, except where required by law. If you have a concern about a service, please contact the salon so management can review it.
Retail purchases are final sale, except where required by law.
Hair Extensions and Specialty Services
Hair extensions, color corrections, spray tans, and certain other services may require consultations, deposits, consent forms, or separate service agreements. When a service-specific agreement applies, we will provide it for review before the service.
Online and AI-Assisted Messaging
We may offer automated or AI-assisted messaging through Google or other providers for questions about salon hours, services, booking, and general information. A team member may review or take over a conversation when appropriate.
Automated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. An AI-generated message does not replace a professional consultation, a confirmed appointment, or a final service quote. Please verify important details with our staff. For your security, do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or highly sensitive personal information through general messaging.
Contacting us for customer service does not by itself mean you have agreed to receive unrelated promotional messages.
Website Information and Third-Party Services
We strive to keep our website, pricing, promotions, and availability current, but they can change. Our site may link to third-party booking, payment, social media, or messaging services that have their own terms and policies.
Privacy and Updates
Our separate Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected and handled. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes will apply as permitted by law.
